Assist in reviewing and organizing client documents, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate for immigration applications. Prepare case files, compile evidence, and assist in the preparation of legal arguments for hearings and court appearances. Provide general administrative support, such as filing documents, answering phones, and scheduling appointments, to ensure the smooth operation of the law firm. Accompany attorneys to immigration hearings and client meetings to observe proceedings and gain practical experience.
