Opportunity Summary 

Conduct research on immigration laws, regulations, and case precedents to support ongoing cases and provide attorneys with relevant information. Assist in reviewing and organizing client documents, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate for immigration applications. Prepare case files, compile evidence, and assist in the preparation of legal arguments for hearings and court appearances. Provide general administrative support, such as filing documents, answering phones, and scheduling appointments, to ensure the smooth operation of the law firm. Accompany attorneys to immigration hearings and client meetings to observe proceedings and gain practical experience.

Opportunity Training 

1 hour presentation/overview of Immigration and Nationality law. On-site/on-call supervision. Access to templates/exhaustive immigration form and document library.
