Monday team meetings are mandatory and are crucial to effective communication and learning new skills. There will be contextualization of assigned tasks as well as set work goals to accomplish. Additionally, as the intern becomes more comfortable being in the classroom on their own, there will be frequent pop-ins from the supervisor to check in and oversee the intern's progress.
