Opportunity Summary 

Under the direction of the Parking Services Manager and/or Customer Service full-time team members, the Customer Service Student Assistant will perform cashiering services, respond to customer inquiries, by Smart sheet and phones, Keep records of customer interactions
- Provide wayfinding information for campus guests in Visitor Information Centers
- Provide administrative support, and other tasks as assigned as special projects.

Learning Outcomes  

* Provide appropriate solution and alternatives to customer inquiries.
* Gain experience providing an excellent Customer Service
* Student Assistant will be able to work in a professional environment, and be able to have interaction wit all different type of customers in a professional way.

Training  

* We have many different SOP to show and help the Assistant Students step by step how to complete a task.
* We have some training on line to accomplish their knowledge in some specific topics.
* We held a seminar, some Meetings and the use of Teams to provide update in some useful information.

Tasks/Duties  

* The intern will be a Student Lead, what that means He will have the ability to direct other Students to complete an specific projects and oversee the Students tasks.
* He will demonstrate how to work in any company in a professional matter.
* When he has a project to complete, he is fast an efficient to deliver on time.
