SurveyMonkey to Microsoft Office MigrationAt — Foundation for Monterey County Free Libraries

Opportunity Summary

This opportunity is reserved for Miguel Jimenez, Andi Cameron & Cody Randall

Currently, SurveyMonkey only allows two users and each is limited to one device.
This issue makes it difficult for staff to complete work and allow others to assist.
Migrating the organization to Microsoft Office applications such as Forms, Excel and
Word to complete the same tasks as SurveyMonkey, multiple staff members can
collaborate without limits.

The goal will be to set up surveys and link them to Excel to assist with data review,
report writing and transfer as many surveys/ reports over to Microsoft Office. To do
this we will train staff on how to use the applications and how to set up new surveys
for the future. If time allows we will create guides to assist new users.
