We are an evidence-based nonprofit with a mission to wean the world off dairy. Humans are not designed to digest mother’s milk after infancy—let alone the milk of a different species. But that doesn’t stop Big Dairy selling us the lie that “Milk Does a Body Good.” We are here to set the record straight and tell the truth about health, wellness, and food equity. We work with clinicians, athletes, social justice warriors, and enlightened policy-makers to promote ethical lifestyles and widespread behavioral change related to how we eat.
