The Mark is a research and evaluation firm that specializes in applied methods, staffed with evaluators who bring experience from both private and social sectors. We cater to multi-disciplinary organizations and programs dedicated to the transformation of underserved individuals and communities. Health & Safety

The intern will be expected to work with children at Educare in Long Beach, which is a head-start and early head-start program. Children are aged between 1 through 5. Some children may have disabilities, and assessment involve potentially screening those who show signs of disability at a young age.

Students will be conducting assessments with headstart and early headstart students, and will be required to be on-site at Educare weekly. On the days the intern is on-site, she will be working along side myself or a colleague in collecting the data. Thus, she will be supervised nearly 100% of the time she is working as an intern
