Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the San Diego City Attorney's Office. If you have a passion for public service, volunteers are a vital part of the essential work we do. Our office offers a variety of exciting volunteer opportunities from Administrative Interns, Victim Services Volunteers, Certified Legal & Post Bar Clerk Internship programs and Volunteer Attorneys. If you are interested in contributing your talents by gaining valuable experience in our many divisions or giving back to your community, use the links to the right to view our current opportunities. Applications for all of the volunteer positions are accepted throughout the year, with open positions being filled on a case-by-case basis, based on the needs of the office. Health & Safety

Victims of any crime (misdemeanor level): DUI, battery, restraining order violations, unsafe living conditions, gun violence, domestic violence, family violence, sex trafficking, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, etc.

Downtown San Diego, must have badge to enter building, building completely secured, outside building has a significant amount of homeless people and crime.
