Caregiver cares for clients in their homes. Assist with companionship, meal prep, light houskeeping, medication reminders. errands.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
The importance of improving the overall wellbeing of the client, developing understanding the empathy for the elder.
Opportunity Training
We assign video training to caregivers and will also get a certification after each video session.
Additional risk specific to this opportunity
If a client has taken a fall, they will be instructed to call a manager and then follow protocol instructed by management.
