Childcare TeacherAt — Tutor Time Child Care/ Learning Center

As a Teacher, you are: 

•  Caring! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Engaged! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families. 
• Knowledgeable! Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics. 
• Creative! Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.

 We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:\u202f 

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field. 
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Qualified Lead Teachers have: 12 ECE Units & 6 months paid experience in a childcare center or similar field
• Assistant Teachers have: A minimum of 6 completed units and 6 months paid experience

Supervise children ages 6 weeks-12 years old.
Develop and implement daily curriculum for children ages 2-12 years old.
Clean and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Training:

Professional Development training once a month.
Professional Development conferences 2x a year

Learning Outcomes:

Develop and implement DAP curriculum for children ages 6 weeks -12 years old.
Understand the importance of classroom management and implement skills learned to run a smooth and safe classroom
Be able to communicate daily progress of children's behaviors, learning outcomes to parents at pick up.
