Training:
Attending Ethos training at different facilities. Shadowing the district, general and assistant general manager. Outdoor prospecting and marketing
Learning Outcome:
The Fitness Consultant will require these learning objectives as followed. Product knowledge which will acquire in-depth knowledge fitness products and services offered to communicate its benefits. Customer needs assessment so that they can develop the ability to assess individual customers needs and fitness goals through effective questioning. Marketing knowledge so that they may notice and understand local competitors within the market and target the audience by tailoring a sales approach; staying above fitness environment. Lastly include goal setting as a realistic setting approach so that they may develop strategies to consistently meet/exceed those targets, contributing to the overall success of the facility.
