Care Management InternshipAt — ONEgeneration

Opportunity Summary 

Join the Care Management team at one of our senior centers located in Reseda or Northridge. This internship is in-person only. Help older adults receive information and referral services, assist with the intake of clients and maintain client data

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Students will be able to maintain client files, complete assessments, enter client data into the Los Angeles Department of Aging system and learn about older adult services. Students will gain experience working with the general public and specifically older adults with a variety of challenges.

Opportunity Training 

Training will be provided. Students will work directly under care managers.
