Social Media Coordinator for Ebar \r\n\r\nWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Barista to join our team, taking on additional responsibilities as a Social Media Coordinator. This role requires a passion for both coffee craftsmanship and digital engagement. As a Senior Barista, you will continue to lead shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality beverage standards.\r\n\r\nResponsibilities:\r\n\r\nLead barista shifts, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.\r\nTrain and mentor barista team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.\r\nUphold exceptional standards for coffee preparation, beverage quality, and presentation.\r\nProvide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.\r\nManage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.\r\nEnsure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work areas.\r\nTake on the role of Social Media Coordinator, developing and implementing engaging content across various platforms.\r\nCreate and schedule posts, stories, and promotions to increase brand visibility and engagement.\r\nMonitor social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.\r\nAnalyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and drive growth.\r\nRequirements:\r\n\r\nProven experience as a barista, with strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.\r\nExcellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team.\r\nStrong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\r\nCreativity and proficiency in developing engaging social media content.\r\nFamiliarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\r\nPassion for coffee and a genuine interest in staying updated on industry trends.\r\nPrevious experience in social media management or coordination is a plus.
