Training:

Prescreening orientation

Studio tour and intern assessment meeting for training purposes on all studio equipment.

Daily Morning production meetings to assign and distribute the daily work load.

Learning Outcomes:

Create an environment where the student intern will comprehend the process of a professional art fabrication business.

Manage time sensitive orders and customer expectations
