Seasonal Digital Media + Video Production InternAt — #ICANHELP

Reporting to the Executive Director and Creative Director, the Seasonal Digital Media + Video Production Intern will support the design and production of digital media, including video content. The person who fills this role will play a key part in facilitating outreach and raising national awareness of Digital4Good’s mission. Following the completion of the 6-month internship term, the Seasonal Digital Media & Video Production Intern will be eligible for advancement to the role of Seasonal Digital Media & Video Production Team Lead Intern (subject to Executive Director & Creative Director’s discretion).

Tasks:

Brainstorm ways to visually depict Digital4Good’s mission through video
Craft effective storyboards
Produce, develop and film video content for YouTube and other social networks
Edit and provide post-production support for video projects
Coordinate with outside partners on video projects and media campaigns
Plan and produce photos and visual media for social platforms
Collaborate with Seasonal Marketing Intern team and Executive Director on social media campaigns
Maintain clear communication with team members on status of assigned project(s) through weekly meetings with the team and supervisor
Attend quarterly Advisory Steering Committee

Training:

Students will have an initial general orientation meeting and complete our onboarding process, where they will receive an overview of assigned tasks, guidance on how to use ClickUp (our project management tool) and access key folders/documents, and familiarize themselves with the organization and its brand assets. After the onboarding process is complete, students will have weekly scheduled meetings with their supervisor and team members.
