Bella Tech Global, Inc. (DBA AMA Meditime) is a leading distributor of Medical Aesthetic equipment and skincare products. We are seeking multiple proactive and positive-minded Social Media and Digital Marketing Interns to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our company's digital marketing portfolio, particularly across social media platforms, to expand our reach and engagement with potential customers. Working collaboratively with our team, you will contribute to increasing our market penetration in the Skincare and Medical Aesthetic industries and beyond. You will have the opportunity to continually develop and explore growth opportunities within your assigned tasks.

Description:

Bella Tech Global, Inc. seeks a dedicated Digital Marketing/Social Media Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management within a dynamic and engaging environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for digital and social media, proficiency in various social platforms, and a desire to learn and grow within the field. The position will Hybrid between working in office and working remote.

Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation and Engagement: Develop and execute engaging social media content on a weekly basis, fostering interactions with diverse audiences.

    • Social Media Maintenance: Assist in creating and maintaining content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.

    • Newsletter Management: Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters using mass mailing tools like MailChimp to keep subscribers informed and engaged.

    • Video Production: Film, edit, and publish video projects tailored for our social media channels to enhance engagement and storytelling.

    • Media Planning and Execution: Strategize and implement media publications to amplify brand messaging and reach targeted audiences effectively.

    • Analytics and Reporting: Track social media metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports on campaign performance.

    • E-commerce Support: Provide assistance with e-commerce platforms as needed, ensuring seamless integration and optimization for enhanced customer experience and sales growth.

    • Stay Updated: Keep informed about emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

    • Proficiency in maintaining and developing various social media platforms

    • Willingness to research and understand up-to-date and new social media trends

    • Experience in uploading periodic postings on social media platforms and handling inquiries

    • Competency in monitoring web analytics to identify traffic trends and system glitches

    • Ability to assist in day-to-day operations for websites and social media platforms

    • Aptitude in troubleshooting customer service inquiries

    • Willingness to support Sales/Marketing/Operations team as needed

    • Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, Word, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

    • Familiarity with e-commerce selling platforms (e.g., Wix, Amazon, Walmart)

    • Proficiency in skincare, aesthetic, or medical industries/terminology and standard practices

    • Assigned individual and team projects

    • Virtual management tools training: Daily reporting, Asana, Zoom, etc.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

Daily communication will be shared via the company messaging system and though phone calls. Weekly Zoom meetings will also be held to review past and upcoming tasks, discuss questions and information vital to the student. The direct mentor will not be at the same location as the student, but the remainder of the office staff is stationed at the office and will provide additional guidance and learning opportunities.<\/p>
