Advertising/Marketing AssistantAt — Blissful Kids, LLC

• Assist in managing and curating content for social media platforms and websites.
• Sit in on meetings to collaborate with the advertising/marketing team.
• Create visual concepts and deigns for advertisements.
• Creating content that includes, photos and videos for the websites and social media.
• Assist in creating ad copy and design visuals.
• Assist in writing for advertisements, blogs, and posts. 
• Assist in planning advertisements for events and newsletters.

Tasks:

-Cooperating with the advertising and marketing team in meetings: Which will include; note taking, sharing ideas for future advertisements, and collaborating on marketing and advertising strategies.
-Assisting in creating advertisements: Working with the team, the intern will help curate ads and showcase learned skills on Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator with the team to create advertisements for social media and websites.
-Acquiring content for advertisements: The intern will shadow and assist the photographer and videographer during events to secure quality content for advertising and marketing.

Training:

The interns training will include; sitting in on meetings, job shadowing with the advertising/marketing team, shadowing videographers and photographers for creating content for social media, websites, and advertisements, and one-on-one work with the founder of Blissful Kids LLC.

Learning Outcome:

By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to understand advertising techniques and strategies. The student will also be able to successfully create content that will be posted as online advertisements for social media accounts and websites. The intern will be able to understand what goes on in advertising/marketing meetings, and have a voice with creative ideas for advertisements and marketing.
