Championing Education, Cultivating Leaders

Shanél Valley Academy (SVA) is a rural, TK-6th grade community school located in Hopland, California. SVA is a free public charter school open to all those who wish to attend.

SVA also operates a state preschool program onsite in collaboration with the Mendocino County Office of Education State Preschool Consortium.

Health & Safety

This site may require a combination of a Live-scan, required vaccinations, and/or a TB Test. Please ask your instructor and your site supervisor about these requirements. Proof of these will need to be submitted to your site in order to start your placement.
