Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Behavior Therapists to join Creative Solutions for Hope. The entry-level Behavior Therapist position will provide you with a all the training you need to be successful in the ABA therapy field, but ultimately within our company. Our paid on the job training led by our highly skilled clinicians, will help ensure your success, proficiency, and confidence. As a therapist, you will be teaching verbal, social, and educational behaviors and skills to children, teens, and young adults with Autism and/or related disabilities. We strive to support our clients in both the home and community settings, while also helping clients reach their full potential.

This position is ideal for anyone who is willing to learn and who wants to grow. Creative Solutions for Hope loves to grow from within our company, offering oversight, feedback, and guidance, to help everyone become the best possible Behavior Therapist that they can be.  

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent or are currently enrolled in college courses.
  • Must have a valid California driver's license, a personal reliable vehicle, and Auto Insurance (with your name visible on the policy as the owner or as a registered driver)
  • Must have experience with technology (e.g., computer, iPad)
  • Monday-Friday availability, weekend, and afternoon to evening hours (Preferred)
  • Pass a Livescan background check and TB test.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
