CSUSM Mobile Wellness Initiative

Organization Description

Funded by Prebys Foundation and community donors, and in partnership with TrueCare, the CSUSM Mobile Wellness Initiative supports community health providers serving our vulnerable neighbors. Our mission is to enhance access to care, promote wellness, and foster a healthier, more equitable community.
