Program Information As part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with community partners and internal stakeholders to conduct brief screenings for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises and to coordinate field-response teams to address these needs in the community. \r\nHave the ability and experience engaging with individuals in crisis and/or with substance use barriers.\r\nCrisis Dispatch staff work collaboratively with our Mobile Crisis System of Care staff and/or contracted provider field staff to support individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis to keep them safe in the community or at the lowest level of care possible by providing field-based support, resources and follow up linkage to community resources. \r\n\r\n
