MISSION: To inspire and empower all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring adults. VISION: To provide a world-class Club experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who walks through our doors, with all members on track to graduate high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Health & Safety

-Some of our members are on the spectrum, I.E.P, trauma, having a bad day. -There will be times Unit Director is unavailable/out sick and Youth Development Professionals continues to run after school enrichment program.

SUMMER PROGRAM: will be overseeing about 24 staff ( Leaders in Training ) with the addition of support of other Unit Directors assigned SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAM: over see no more than 8 people at a time depending on ratio of youth enrollment.

  • First Aid Certification
  • Must be 18 or older
  • TB Test
  • POPULATION SERVED: Students will be working with "behaviorally challenged" populations.
  • POPULATION SERVED: Students will be working with unsupervised with minors.
  • SUPERVISION: Students' supervisor be responsible for overseeing more than 8 people.
