Marketing Internship - Big AirAt — Big Air
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns via a multitude of channels - email, social media, public relations, print collateral, events, etc.
- Develop venue- and region-specific tactics
- Assist in collateral and content creation
- Track and analyze marketing efforts
- Conduct ongoing competitive research
- Work well both solo and in a team
Preferred Experience
- Seeking a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field
- Hospitality, entertainment or amusement & attractions industry experience a plus
- Social Media: Meta & TikTok
- Google Analytics (1 year)
- Canva (1 year)
Tasks:
1. Develop & schedule social media content for our corporate parks’ platforms such as IG & FB as well as identify local influencers for UGC
2. Analyze and report monthly marketing audits for each Franchise park
3. Perform competitor analysis for each Franchise park
4. Create and schedule weekly email marketing newsletters
5. Craft reports for Google Analytics / Web Traffic
Training:
1. Evaluate various social media strategies from competitors in the same industry and craft one for Big Air franchises to follow.
2. Provide training on data interpretation techniques, offer access to relevant industry resources, and assign practical exercises
3. Provide training on various market research methods and techniques, including data collection strategies, competitor profiling, and primary and secondary research.
4. Provide an overview of email marketing principles including best practices, guidance on designing visually appealing & mobile-responsive email templates, and analyzing email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and email deliverability metrics
5. Train intern to understand Google Analytics, web traffic, and paid ads on Google and Meta.

3. Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to competitors in the industry and local market to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

5. Gain practical experience in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels including digital and print.
