Digital Media Internship FALL 2024At — Mezz Entertainment

This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for crafting graphics and digital content for Mezz Entertainment and our clients. Responsibilities include capturing and editing photos and videos, developing promotional assets, and constructing websites. Our internship program provides students with valuable hands-on experience in the realm of digital creation. Interns will work remotely for the duration of the internship with two weekly teleconference meetings as well as daily communication. This department is divided into 3 divisions as described below:

Videography/Photography

Interns will:

- Attend events to capture video footage and photo

- Edit Photos

- Edit Video footage

- Create promotional material

Graphic Design

Interns will:

- Create flyers

- Build logos

- Design and assist in epk/ press kit production

- Produce assets for social media

- Merchandise design

Website Creation/Development

Interns will:

- Create the design and layout of a website

- Develop new websites

- Update existing websites

Photo and Video Editing
Promotional Material Creation: Design flyers, logos, and other promotional materials.
Website Development: Develop new websites and update existing ones.
Social Media Asset Production
Participate in team meetings

Training:

Interns at Mezz Entertainment will undergo comprehensive training to facilitate their learning outcomes. The training begins with a mandatory general employer orientation, where interns will be introduced to Mezz Entertainment's mission, values, team structure, and expectations. Weekly meetings will be scheduled to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide personalized guidance. Interns will be provided with examples of high-quality work to understand standards and expectations. Each assigned task will be thoroughly explained, including its purpose, expected outcome, and how it fits into larger projects.

- Learn advanced techniques in photo/video editing software and website development.
