I  am looking for a \\RockStar\\ intern with amazing people skills to help make sure our clinic provides the best overall experience of any healthcare office in the city.. where the customer experience is so good that every one of our patients becomes a raving fan even if we aren’t able to make them pain-free.

I believe that his kind of goal is only possible in an office where the staff is relaxed, happy and love what they do.

Our clinic is not your typical PT clinic where therapists see multiple patients an hour.. rushing from one to the next and where unskilled techs provide a lot of the care and office staff is rude.

I am a solo practitioner with advanced training and particular treatment philosophy   and likes to make sure my patients are well taken care of.

Potential for growth is great as you will focus on all aspects of the customer experience in  a PT setting. Interns that I decide to bring on must be able to multi task and prioritize, problem solve and above all, be able to create professional relationships with clients. You must be a people person with good communications skills. 

Job duties include:
* answering phones,
* responding to patient texts,
* managing patient intake and scheduling patients on our EMR system
* working with patients one on one with exercise 
* creating home exercise programs
* assisting the PT and PT interns with patient treatments
* keeping the clinic organized and clean

Teaching and monitoring patient therapeutic exercises
Observation of initial evaluations
Assistance with patient care

Training:

Training
1. You will be able to job shadow a PT.
2. You will be able to directly interact with other interns and PT students in all phases of schooling and learn the steps how to become a licensed PT.
3. Training videos will be available covering Exercise Dosage Concepts, Clinical Classification Systems, and FMT training using floss, IASTM blades, cupping and kinesio taping.

Learning Outcomes:

Objectives
1. You will learn a simple step by step process that will help motivate  patients and customers to commit to treatment. 
2. You will learn how to use WEAVE communication platform for all forms of patient interaction.
3. You will navigate how to use WEBPT patient management software and be able to create new patient profiles, and schedule patients.
4. Become efficient in using PhysiTrack patient exercise portal and teach patients how to use it.
5. Be able to describe the basic components of treatment and a better understanding of what physical therapy really is.
