Correspond with clients and medical facilities via email and telephone; review patient's medical,Psych, and billing records; prepare documents for service, including subpoena, authorizations and court orders; manage accounts of assigned clients and provide them with service to ensure satisfaction; process invoices; troubleshoot issues with records request; and arrange for the retrieval of records and films from various facilities.
Responding to customers inquiries, issue resolution, customer follow up, compliance with our service standards.
Training:
comprehensive training, covers basic and fundamental concepts. Hands on training which will provide guidance answer to questions and offer feedback.
