Position Overview:
Procode Six Elite Training Facility is seeking a dedicated and motivated Elite Coaching Intern to join our team. As an Elite Coaching Intern, you will play a key role in delivering personalized coaching, analyzing sports data, and supporting clients on their journey to peak performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with certified personal trainers and coaches to deliver elite coaching services to clients committed to consistent, purposeful training.
  • Assist in conducting comprehensive fitness assessments and performance evaluations to gather baseline data and establish personalized training goals.
  • Utilize advanced sports data analysis tools and technologies to collect, analyze, and interpret performance metrics, biomechanical data, and other relevant data points.
  • Work closely with clients to develop customized training programs and performance enhancement strategies based on individual goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions, group training sessions, and performance clinics to clients seeking to optimize their athletic performance in their respective sports or disciplines.
  • Collaborate with sports scientists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to integrate multidisciplinary approaches to athlete development and injury prevention.
  • Support the implementation of technology-driven solutions for athlete monitoring, performance tracking, and feedback delivery, ensuring seamless integration with coaching protocols.
  • Assist with athlete communication, scheduling, and logistical coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient training experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments and innovations in sports science, coaching methodologies, and performance optimization techniques.

Training:

General Employer Orientation :
Description: At the beginning of the internship, all students undergo a comprehensive orientation session to familiarize themselves with the facility, its mission, values, and operational procedures.
Content:
Introduction to Procode Six Elite Training Facility's history, mission statement, and core values.

Overview of different departments and key personnel within the organization.
Explanation of organizational structure and reporting lines.
Introduction to safety protocols, facilities, and resources available to interns.
Overview of client demographics, typical training programs, and client interaction guidelines.

Weekly Scheduled One-on-One Mentor Meetings:
Description: Throughout the internship, interns are assigned a dedicated mentor who guides them through their learning journey and provides regular feedback and support.

Feedback on performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Guidance on specific projects, tasks, and skills development.
