Program Information

The automotive service department at Pierce College is adopting and transinioning to zero emissions program. With new laws taking internal combustion engines out of circulation by 2035, and, switching to full autonomy driving vehicles. During this time, we need to promote our ZEV trainning to the local community, build curriculums, objectives, outcomes, etc. The intern will have an opportunity to engage with faculty, students and potentially the public under instructor supervision.

Health & Safety

We do not have any correlated concerns since we are a community college. However, the intern will work with other students assisting the professor during class instruction and lab. Our campus will have liability over the student.
