Our Mission

K&L C.A.R.E., Inc. was founded by Dr. Leonid Gimelfarb and Alex Kopilevich, M.A. With 40 years of combined experience, they aim to provide a positive impact on the individuals and families they encounter.  Both have spent the past two decades studying Autism and related disorders in an effort to find the best solution for the needs of each family they touch.  Providing creativity and ingenuity while incorporating the traditional ABA/DTT concepts of Dr. Lovaas, both have found a nearly 50% percent recovery rate among children with Autism who participated in related programs such as provided at K&L C.A.R.E., Inc.

K&L C.A.R.E., Inc. is committed to providing services for families with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and any related Pervasive Developmental Disorders.

Our goal is to deliver effective services to children and their parents, which facilitate desired progress and provide parents with necessary skills in order to confidently manage challenges they may encounter when dealing with symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Staff includes individuals who speak Spanish, Chinese, Armenian, Farsi, Hebrew, and Russian. K&L C.A.R.E., Inc. is a member of the California Association of Regional Center vendors.
