Opportunity Summary 

The Visual Communication Assistant internship is responsible for graphic design projects for the outreach efforts of the Title IX and Gender Equity office at Cal State Fullerton. The intern will work on multiple digital media and print materials to educate the campus community and raise awareness of the office. The intern is expected to generate drafts of digital and print projects, discuss feedback, and incorporate feedback to create finished designs.

This position includes meeting regularly with Title IX and Gender Equity staff to discuss goals for graphic design projects and assist staff to conceptualize, plan, and develop design projects from start to finish. Time management, adaptability and ability to multitask are necessary. Responsibilities will vary depending on the projects assigned. Supervising staff will make every effort to match the selected candidate’s interests, skills and professional goals with available projects.
