Citizenship Classes - SL2-onlyAt — Cesar Chavez Library- Salinas Public Library

Community-based Service Learning Student Leaders (SL2) offer support by:

1. developing service learning partnerships with faculty;
2. recruiting, placing, training, and coordinating service learners;
3. conducting reflection sessions at the midterm and end of semester;
4. providing direct service to the community organization - namely supporting the Citizenship classes offered at the Cesar Chavez Library in Salinas.

SL2s also assist service learners in the logistical aspects of service learning (e.g., identifying an appropriate service placement, completing Learning Agreements, and finding transportation to and from their service sites).
