Position Overview:

As an intern at The Sanctuary, you will support our healthcare professionals in a dynamic 10-week program designed to enhance the physical, mental, and emotional health of our patients. Your role will involve:

• Monitoring and Assessing Patient Progress: Track patient progress through therapeutic practices like yoga and mindfulness, and contribute to personalized health management plans.
• Conducting Research: Engage in Ayurvedic research, enhancing your understanding and application of holistic treatments.
• Educational Outreach: Create educational materials and digital content to promote healthy living practices within the community.
• Event Management: Lead and organize health-related events, including workshops and community health expos, gaining valuable project management experience.
• Group Facilitation: Develop skills in leading therapeutic groups, focusing on techniques for stress management and emotional well-being.
