Learning Outcomes:

1. Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create and implement effective social media content strategies across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

2. Create Engaging Multimedia Content: Produce high-quality multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and captions that align with Santana Snacks’ brand values and mission.

3. Analyze Social Media Metrics: Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of content, making data-driven decisions to enhance engagement and reach.

4. Manage and Engage Online Communities: Foster and maintain active online communities, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers to build brand loyalty.

5. Collaborate with Influencers: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand presence and drive engagement through collaborative campaigns.

Training:

Orientation and Training Sessions: Comprehensive onboarding covering Santana Snacks’ brand, mission, and values; training on social media tools and platforms.

Weekly Mentor Meetings: One-on-one sessions with the content strategist and founder for guidance and feedback.

Workshops and Skill Trainings: Monthly workshops on SEO, community management, and social media analytics.

Assigned Readings and Resources: Access to guides, manuals, and online resources for continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Create engaging multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and captions.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess content performance.
  • Manage and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to create monthly content calendars.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in social media marketing and community engagement.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.

Tasks:

1. Content Creation:

* Develop and produce engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, and captions) for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

* Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas that align with Santana Snacks’ brand values and mission.

2. Social Media Strategy Development:
* Participate in strategy meetings to plan and develop monthly content calendars.
* Implement social media strategies designed to increase follower engagement and brand awareness.

3. Analytics and Reporting:
* Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and follower growth.

4 Community Management:
*Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering discussions on social media platforms.
* Organize and manage online events, such as live Q&A sessions, giveaways, and other community-building activities.

5. Influencer Collaboration:
* Identify and reach out to potential influencers for collaborations and partnerships.
* Manage communication and logistics for influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
