Outreach/Marketing/Communications ProjectsAt — Pacific Grove Adult Education (PG Adult School) (PGUSD)

Opportunity Summary

The Pacific Grove Adult School has opportunities for service learners to assist with Marketing & Communications projects, including launching and managing social media campaigns, updating the school’s website, and creating marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and flyers for specific programs and services. Service learners may also assist with community outreach planning and activities, if they choose. Depending on the service learner’s availability, interests, and skills, they may work on one or more of these projects. It would be helpful to have someone bilingual English/Spanish to create content in Spanish, too.

Helping the school improve its marketing and communications will enable it to reach more community members, connecting them to the school’s life-changing services, including ESL, basic literacy, and parenting classes; programming for adults with disabilities; and activities for older adults like fitness and art classes.
