- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Project Management and Execution
- Utilize project management tools (Jira) to track tasks, dependencies, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Assist in managing product backlogs and prioritizing features.

Quality Assurance and Testing
- Develop and execute test cases to verify product functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve product defects.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on product design and user interactions.
- Prepare test reports and analyze test results to inform product improvements.
Product Roadmap Development and Strategy
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps by prioritizing features and aligning them with business objectives.
- Assist in creating product requirements documents and user stories.
- Communicate with customers to develop product requirements

Training:
To facilitate the learning outcomes outlined, we will provide the following training and support to our Junior Product Manager Intern:
Initial Onboarding
General Employer Orientation: This mandatory session will provide an overview of the company's mission, values, structure, and policies.
Department/Team Orientation: An introduction to the product management team, its role within the organization, and an overview of current projects.
Software Training: Hands-on training on essential tools such as Jira, project management software, and any relevant market research tools.
Ongoing Development
Mentorship: Regular one-on-one meetings with the company CEO to provide guidance, feedback, and support.
Job Shadowing: Opportunities to observe experienced product managers in their daily tasks to gain insights into the role.
Workshops and Skills Training: Participation in internal workshops on topics such as product strategy, market research methodologies, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Work Samples: Provision of relevant product management documents, templates, and case studies for reference and practice.
Task Contextualization: Clear explanations of assigned tasks, their alignment with overall product goals, and the expected outcomes.
Performance Feedback: Regular feedback on performance to identify areas of strength and areas for improvement.
