Opportunity Summary 

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our marketing team. This unpaid internship is an excellent opportunity for college students to gain hands-on experience in graphic design within the commercial real estate industry. • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Canva). • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and creativity. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Basic understanding of commercial real estate is a plus, but not required.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

By the end of the internship, students will improve their design skills, learn how to maintain a brand’s visual style, and gain real-world marketing experience in the commercial real estate industry. They’ll also build teamwork skills, handle design projects from start to finish, and strengthen their portfolio with professional work, all while learning to solve creative challenges.

Opportunity Training 

As a Graphic Design Intern, you’ll receive practical training to help you succeed, including: Software Training: Learn to use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with hands-on guidance. Marketing Basics: Understand how design fits into marketing strategies in the commercial real estate industry. Project Management: Learn to handle design projects from start to finish, including managing timelines and revisions. Branding: Get training on keeping our company’s visual style consistent across all materials. Feedback: Regular feedback sessions will help you improve your design skills. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team, learning how to collaborate on projects. This internship offers real-world experience and helps you apply what you’ve learned in your studies.
