SP25 CST 462S: CaseWorthy Form/Report BuilderAt — Gathering For Women

Opportunity Summary

The organization is in the process of finalizing the implementation of the new CaseWorthy (CW) case management software. While the core services and workflows are now operational, assistance is needed to complete critical components:

CaseWorthy Form Builder: This role is ideal for students with a background in programming and form design. Responsibilities include translating the steps outlined by case managers into the CW system and mapping the forms to the appropriate programs. This will facilitate the tracking of individual case plans and goals within the system. Students will develop skills in software configuration, form creation, and data mapping. They will also gain hands-on experience in case management systems and contribute to optimizing the organization's ability to manage client information effectively.

CaseWorthy Report Builder: This role is ideal for students with a foundational understanding of SQL principles. The position involves using CaseWorthy's extensive reporting capabilities to create "one-click" reports based on data stored in the system, ensuring that tables are properly joined for accurate results. Students will assist in building reports that meet common grant reporting requirements. This opportunity will help students develop skills in SQL, data analysis, and report generation. They will gain hands-on experience in working with reporting tools, improving their ability to generate and manage complex reports while contributing to the organization’s grant reporting efficiency.
