Opportunity Summary 

Do you enjoy working with kids? Do you like planning group activities and assisting others? At the Boys & Girls Club of Vista, Program Support volunteers help curate, coordinate and conduct activities that entertain club members post virtual learning. Activities may range from educational, fitness, arts & crafts, STEM, Music, Reading and MORE. The Activity volunteer should be able to take instructions from staff while also being able to take control of the room and gain the attention of club members. This volunteer will be working with other volunteers as well as staff members to ensure activities run smoothly.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Planning and organizing activities, communication and working with others, ability to be assertive and maintain control of kids, and/or ability to be creative and hands on.

Opportunity Training 

BCGA Online Training, In person Orientation, ongoing support from Community Engagement Director
