Organization Description

Utilizing empirically validated behavior analytic principles, Inspira Behavior and Advocacy Specialists specializes in improving the quality of life of individuals diagnosed with Autism and other related behavioral and developmental disorders.

Services 

Home-based ABA Intervention/Consultation

Behavior Technicians who have received intensive training and ongoing supervision will be assigned based on your child’s needs to meet his/her individualized treatment plan. Your INSPIRA team will be responsible for implementing your child’s treatment plan under the direct supervision of the BCBA.

School-Based ABA Intervention

INSPIRA Behavior Technicians can attend school with your child to serve as a liaison between your child, peers, teachers and other school support staff, while implementing behavior intervention plans to increase both socialization and educational performance.

School Consultation

In addition to training and consultaiton services, INSPIRA also provides school districts with the tools and services necessary to build a quality ABA program so that it meets the needs of each child in a  "least restrictive environment". 

Parent Education in ABA

Parent training is integral to your child’s success and our process. Your BCBA will provide routine skills development and behavior support for not just your child’s treatment team, but parents as well. A monthly progress review meeting will be held between you and your treatment team to evaluate your child’s overall development within the program and make any necessary changes. Additional BCBA time can be scheduled as needed.

Advocacy Support  

INSPIRA offers assistance and consultations to families and professionals on special education rights; including training on special education rights and services to better advocate for appropriate special educaiton programs and services on behalf of you child. INSPIRA can refer you to appropriate and direct representation by attorney and non-attorney advocates at Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings, due process mediations, and
