Danielle will phone probationers and check them in. She will review court orders. She will file and do light report writing. 

Tasks:

identifying and reading record checks
screening new cases
speaking with probationers
filing cases and documents
writing circumstances of offenses
checking inmates through ciris
making notes in the ICMS system

Training:

she will be trained to identify what court orders are. She will learn how to interact with others.

Learning Outcome:

Confidently interact with probationers and coworkers. She will learn about the process of probation and know about many probation positions.
