Program Information Noga Klain and Associates, Inc opened up to provide the communities of Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura counties an alternative to the large, corporate approach to applied behavior analysis, sometimes colloquially referred to as in home behavior therapy. We believe in the core values of the Board of Behavior Analysts (BACB), outlined in their ethics codes. We begin and end with these ethics codes as our guides for practicing safely, morally, ethically, and legally. \r\n\r\nWe strive to achieve the highest quality of behavior analytic services, maintaining client and provider dignity throughout the process. We care for the wellbeing and growth of each client family we work with. We work outside of typical hours, thinking outside the box, providing self funded materials and resources to ensure we provide the support and guidance the client family needs to be successful. \r\n\r\nEach professional on our team has their unique experiences, trainings outside the required BACB guidelines, creativity that they bring to each case. We honor and highlight each professional's individuality to succeed with each family they work with. Each team of professionals requires its members to respect one another, respect the science of behavior analysis, and respect the ethics of the BACB while practicing behavior analysis with each client.
