The Blended Group is seeking a Summer/Fall operations assistant internship for our Los Angeles, California location. In this role, you will assist the team either in person or remotely to assist in creating contracts.

The Blended Group designs and executes marketing strategies by working with top influencers in the ESport to create brand awareness for some of the largest tech companies.

We specialize in understanding where the target consumer demographic resides, how they consume and share ideas, and what inspires them. We use this information to help businesses compete against the ever-changing market.

Role Overview:
\n
As an Operations Assistant Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management and contract review processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the influencer marketing industry while developing key skills in project coordination, contract management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
• Assist with managing project management tools like ClickUp and Asana to ensure tasks and deadlines are tracked and met.
\n
• Support the review and management of influencer and brand contracts, ensuring all agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project objectives.
\n
• Coordinate with team members to streamline communication and ensure smooth project execution.
\n
• Help with administrative tasks related to influencer campaigns, including data entry, file organization, and reporting.
\n
• Participate in meetings to understand project goals and provide input on process improvements.
\n
• Collaborate with the team to identify operational challenges and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, law, or a related field.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
\n
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus.

• A basic understanding of contract terms and legal language is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
