S/BT (Supervisor Assistance) Position - In this position, the student will be able to conduct more parent training throughout sessions with clients. She will aid the supervisor with conducting and scoring behavior assessments, creating goals and assisting with programming for clients, explain variability in data within progress reports, and train new hires in the field of applied behavioral analysis by using behavioral skills training. 

Tasks
1.Conduct caregiver training (implementing ABA techniques).
2.Train new hires to the company using behavioral skills training
3. Assist the supervisor with implementation and scoring of behavioral assessments, programming client goals, and writing portions of the client's progress report

Training
Training will include weekly one-on-one mentor meeting to discuss client progress and implementation of job duties

Learning Outcomes
1.The student will be able to train new hires in the field of applied behavior analysis by using behavioral skills training.
2.The student will be able to assist in implementing and scoring behavioral assessments
3. The student will be able to assist in creating goals to implement programs for behavioral change with a client
