Program Information

Lifefit Center interns will assist small group training programs. They will learn how to correct form and spot during exercises. They will work on getting comfortable with teaching how to perform exercises and how to use specific equipment. They will also learn and practice how our programming works by observing our group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and assessments.
