Opportunity Summary 

We are seeking a talented and creative in-house Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and a passion for visual storytelling. As an in-house Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and managing all visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals. You will collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product development, and sales, to deliver compelling graphics for print, web, social media, and other digital platforms.

Tasks:

Graphic Design Creation, Collaboration on Campaigns, Design Revisions and Feedback Implementation, Project and Task Management, Brand Asset Management

Training:

At the start of the internship, students will participate in a comprehensive orientation session. This will include an introduction to company policies, workflow procedures, design software, brand guidelines, and project management tools used by the design team. The orientation will also cover workplace safety, communication protocols, and expectations for professional conduct. Students will have regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with their assigned mentor to discuss progress, address challenges, and review completed projects. These meetings provide personalized feedback, guidance on skill development, and opportunities to discuss creative ideas and solutions in a collaborative setting.

Learning Outcome:

Apply design principles effectively across multiple platforms: By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to demonstrate the ability to create visually compelling designs for print, web, and digital media, adhering to industry-standard design principles like color theory, typography, and composition.

Translate creative concepts into actionable design solutions: By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, content) to interpret creative briefs and translate them into clear, effective design outputs that align with brand identity and project goals.

Manage multiple design projects under deadlines: By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to manage and prioritize multiple design tasks, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards in their work.
