Opportunity Summary 

Element’s mission is to empower staff to support students in developing their fullest potential while ensuring legal compliance and long-term sustainability. This position is seeking resourceful, creative, and driven individuals who want to work with a team to develop innovative practices, efficient systems, and strong relationships while cultivating a generation of life-long and self-determined learners.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

- How to support student learning by assisting in supervision, classroom preparation, and student safety and well-being - How to assist in creating a classroom culture in which students welcome challenge, demonstrate respect, take ownership for actions, and allows freedom within limits

Opportunity Training 

Students will receive on-the-job training regarding duties, Montessori training, and positive discipline training, if needed.
