Organization Description
PALS primparily provides early intervention services to children with autism, including Naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, Discrete trial teaching, community integration, school integration, caregiver training, etc.
Health & Safety
Additional requirements and/or considerations We serve children diagnosed with autism that may exhibit behavioral excesses (eg screaming, hitting) however concerning behaviors are addressed via behavioral intervention plans and supports.
Trained therapists / RBT's will provide independent therapy sessions. Supervision is scheduled on a weekly basis if not more depending on the needs of the client / RBT.
- Background Check (e.g. fingerprinting/livescan, driving record)
- CPR Certification
- Driver's License
- First Aid Certification
- Health Check/Screening (e.g. temperature screening, COVID-19 test)
- Must be 18 or older
- TB Test
- Vaccinations
- POPULATION SERVED: Students will be working with "behaviorally challenged" populations.
- SUPERVISION: Students will be supervised less than 50% of the time.
