Role Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Intern, you’ll work on campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and boost sales. You’ll get hands-on experience in digital advertising, analytics, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI
- Support the marketing team in creating reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content that aligns with campaign goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Current CSUF student with an interest in digital marketing, advertising, or analytics
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (experience with Google Analytics or Facebook Ads Manager is a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
