As a Social Media and YouTube Content Design Intern with Pelvic Sanctuary, you’ll play an active role in enhancing our online presence through engaging and impactful content creation. You’ll manage our content calendar in Airtable, create short-form videos from our long-form educational webinars, and upload select content to YouTube with SEO best practices. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn and implement digital strategies while making a difference in wellness education and advocacy.
How to create and manage a dynamic social media calendar using Airtable, integrating content across multiple platforms. Effective techniques for converting long-form video content into short, engaging clips for social media, and how to distribute these clips on various platforms to maximize reach. Strategies for YouTube channel management, including optimizing uploads for SEO, creating video funnels, and linking back to our website to increase engagement and conversions. Foundational skills in content strategy and analytics for social media, helping students make data-informed decisions about digital engagement.
Orientation to Airtable and YouTube: An initial 1-hour orientation session introducing the student to our Airtable setup for content calendars and the basics of our YouTube for Nonprofits channel. This will include familiarizing them with account access, current projects, and primary goals. Self-Guided Learning Resources: The student will be encouraged to watch online tutorials and conduct their own research on Airtable, YouTube optimization, video editing, and SEO strategies. Suggested resources or reputable platforms like YouTube’s Creator Academy and Airtable’s Help Center will be provided. Occasional Check-ins for Additional Support: Additional guidance will be available as needed, allowing them to ask questions and request support on specific tasks as they gain proficiency.
