Organization Description

As one of only three polytechnic universities in the state, Cal Poly Pomona is known for its learn-by-doing philosophy. The university recognizes that students who solve classroom problems today have an advantage as employees solving real-world problems tomorrow. The university offers more than 60 majors and degree programs in eight academic colleges.

Program Information

At the Office of Sustainability, our goal is to educate and help students, faculty and staff embrace sustainability in their daily lives while integrating sustainable practices into the university's planning and policies, academics, operations, student activities and community engagement. We work collaboratively with a variety of campus departments and divisions to steer sustainability-specific initiatives.
