Organization Description

Skyline Property Management was start in 2017 and now oversees about 450 residential units in the Bay Area. 1/2 are multifamily rental buildings and 1/2 are HOAs. 1/2 are in San Francisco/Marin, and 1/2 are in the Peninsula. We are a team of 8 including the Broker/Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, Onsite Specialists, 4 Office Assistants, and a general Handyperson/Gardner. The Principal Broker started the company in 2017 after leaving another property management company – and had 5 years of experience - and 10 years in hotel management prior.

Health & Safety

Will meet with the Owner weekly to discuss progress, then work on tasks alone. Always available to connect through email/text/Slack.

May need to visit our rental units unaccompanied - none in high risk neighborhoods.

  • SUPERVISION: Students will be supervised less than 50% of the time.
